Darwin Partners' Enterprise Quality Management Practice is looking for a Network Test Engineer to help one of our clients in the High Tech industry. The goal of the project is provide design and troubleshooting expertise in a development, test, and integration environment within a data center.

Responsibilities

Working closely with vendors to validate technology insertion, refresh and patch updates

Developing and maintaining all necessary engineering documentation for both proposed and as built network designs

Providing 3rd level engineering support for large enterprise networks

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a technical subject, or equivalent related experience

Minimum of 6 years experience in design/implementation of network architectures

Proven track record of developing test plans from requirements

Ability to develop test schedules and metrics

Functional expert in areas of network architecture and security, to include enterprise class switches, routers, firewalls, IDS, etc., defining network configurations for development/test projects

Expertise in Cisco products required

Knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 2000 Professional is required

Experience in Citrix environments is required

Experience working with multiple versions of JVM is required

US citizenship is required and candidate must be clearable to Top Secret
