- Ensure transaction accounts payable support is provided in the most efficient manner.
Ensure the development and maintenance of cost effective standards of internal controls.
Establish and agree service levels with customers; measure and report performance against agreed levels.
Manage relationships between the service centre and key functions and customers.
Ensure the development of staff, where practical, and assure effective communication among all departments.
Provide support in achieving cash flow objectives.
Provide recommendations and on-hands support in any/all transformation processes required to achieve the end state within the A/P function.
Provide the required support in the following key elements within the Travel.
Management & reporting process:
- Corporate card administration
- Calling card administration
- Payments to corporate card
- All invoice processing
Deliver a transformational Travel Management & reporting process.

Extensive Accounts Payable Management experience required preferably in an SAP
environment.
