Our client, a major organization with multiple consumer and B2B product
lines, seeks a Manager of Call Center Technology who will have overall
responsibility for technology planning, development and implementation of
call center & voice technologies within a multi-site call center
environment. This individual will manage a team of 5+ technologists and
must be a seasoned pro with visionary leadership and management maturity.
Tasks will include overseeing computing and voice technology projects such

.. Maintenance, enhancement & support
.. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - both internal business
units and end-clients/customers
Requirements for this position include:
.. 10+ years in Call Center applications development, implementation &
.. 5+ years management experience within a Call Center environment
.. Extensive knowledge in telephony network technology and customer premise
.. Broad knowledge of call center computing and voice technologies across
multiple hardware & software platforms
.. Experience preparing and delivering project plans, budget forecasts,
.. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
.. Ability to successfully interact with C-level senior management
.. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure
An excellent compensation package, commensurate with experience, will
include: base salary, incentive bonus, stock option/purchase plan, etc.
