~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Do***entation Specialist needed.<br> <br> * Responsible for
preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming and operations
do***entation, procedures and methods, including Operations,
System Architect & Design, and user reference manuals.<br> *
Provides or coordinates do***entation services as required.<br> *
Ensures accuracy and completeness of existing technical
do***entation.<br> * Composes and finalizes IT do***entation,
including specifications and user manuals, in the style and
format required by the task.<br> * Will do***ent technical and
user aspects of assigned application.<br> * Must be able to
interview programmers and architects, to do***ent system
architecture as well as user procedures. The audience will be
both IT and the Marketing department.<br> <br> Deliverables:<br>
1. UML do***entation<br> - Sequence Diagrams<br> - Class
Diagrams<br> - Use Cases<br> - Activity Diagrams of critical FR
processes (submit claim, retrieve claim, etc.)<br> 2. Technical
Architecture Do***entation depicting any state specific
fields.<br> 3. Technical Architecture Do***entation depicting
design patterns/techniques used in FR.<br> 4. User Guide for FR
Admin tools - This would be able to de distributed to the user
Community.
