Spanish or Portuguese BILINGUAL - Job Functions: Management -
General, Manufacturing, Operations - Quality, Science - 1.
Supervise and train staff 2. Establish effective control
process 3.Coordinate and update policies and procedures to
ensure consistent handling of work flow 4.Review all the
technical do***ents including not limited to: formula, safety and
clinical studies, labeling, packaging, product claims, and batch
record 5.Prepare technical dossier for product approval
6.Assist marketing with product claims and labeling information,
proof-reading, and clinical studies 7.Develop a clear guidelines
and procedure for staff to follow and provide a copy to director
QA & QC 8.Review component, labeling information with QA
Line-Inspector to ensure the accuracy of Finished Goods. 9.Make
sure the staff maintain accurate logging system and deliver all
technical do***ents to QC recording team 10.Generate
constructive environment and teamwork within department and
company at large. 11.Encourage positive enforcement with
internal and external departments 12.Develop a professional,
effective work relationship with other departments 13.Be
flexible and ready to accept the changes as needed in order to
complete the job and meet deadlines 14.Follow companies policy
and keep an accurate record of disciplinary action for employee
15.Assist internal and external customer with any related
regulatory issues 16.Familiarity with laboratory equipment and
****ytical testing instruments 17.Assist clients on domestic and
global product registration, approval, renewal, and
certification. 18. Able to work more than 40 hours as needed,
flexible and ready to accept the changes as needed in order to
complete the job and meet deadlines. 19.Able to conduct risk
****ysis and take necessary correction action. 20.Keep an
accurate record on all OTC products and company registrations
with FDA 1.Science degree or related subject 2.Familiarity with
manufacturing operation within cosmetics/personal care/food or
pharmaceutical industry 3.Team player 4.Familiarity with FDA
Cosmetics Act and GMP, ISO, SOP procedures, 5.Bi-lingual

- QA supervisor report directly to Director of QA/QC The QA
supervisor responsible for establishing processes and training to
line-inspectors, ensure companys GPM guidelines, providing
accurate QA line inspection report, collecting all the necessary
do***entation, and oversight of production lines.
Responsibilities: ·Develop SOP for QA department and improve
existing SOPs ·Active in other committees to ensure quality of
product such as: safety, internal auditing, and Quality
improvement committees ·Provide accurate report to director of
QA/QC on: 1.Line productivity as needed 2.Reject quantity
3.Re-work and follow-up process 4.Re-turned quantity ·Arrange for
in-coming process sampling (RM, component, silk screen) ·Monitor
the quality for DI water system ·Participate towards the
implementation of GMP, and GLP ·Responsible for initiating and
maintain clear guidelines for QA line-inspector staff Goals
·Establish accurate QA line-inspector SOP ·Collect accurate
filling for OTC and non-OTC products ·Present positive team works
·Internal customer satisfaction (R&D, QC, Production,
compounding, shipping and receiving, Cleaning departments)
·Provide accurate report on QA line-inspection quality
improvement per week ·Activity involves and assist Micro lab with
line sanitization cleaning process to isolate any possible
contamination Qualification ·College degree, 2 years chemistry
or bachelors degree ·Minimum 5 years experience in QC or QA
inspection and auditing ·Supervisory experience is a plus
·Excellent teamwork and communication ·Familiar with computer and
providing report, chart, spreadsheet, etc. ·Ability to provide
accurate reports in English and Spanish (is a plus)
