Responsible for ensuring that the production goals are being met;
hiring, coaching, supervising, and evaluating the production
crew; working with other engineers in the production and
maintenance departments to implement process improvements.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical
Engineering, Materials Science, or related field and 2 years
experience in job offered or related engineering field required.
Will accept Master's degree or foreign equivalent in lieu of work
