<b>Position Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Update and manage tax calendar
</li><li>Prepare state and federal estimated payments
</li><li>Assist with quarterly tax provision
</li><li>Prepare and file annual reports
</li><li>Prepare responses to various notices
</li><li>Assist with gathering of do***entation in support of
responses to IRS and FTB audit requests
</li><li>Prepare federal and state tax return work papers
</li><li>Determine various state EFT requirements</li></ul>

<b>Position Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>BA Accounting/ Finance
</li><li>5-7 years accounting / tax experience
</li><li>Familiarity with SFAS #109
</li><li>Excellent organizational and ****ytical skills
</li><li>Experience with tax preparation software a plus
