[Description] Markets the Arcadia Financial Ltd. and TranSouth
indirect lending programs to prospective automobile dealerships,
both franchise and independent. Initiates, develops and
maintains a strong business relationship, using proven sales
techniques, with auto dealerships in an assigned region. Educates
key dealership personnel on the benefits of our program and is
responsible for knowledge and communication of current market
conditions. Prospects both franchise and independent dealerships
and markets the programs and products (i.e. warranty, Gap, etc.)
for both Arcadia and TranSouth to the Owner(s), Sales Manager(s),
Used Car Manager(s) and the Finance Manager(s) to develop and
maintain a profitable, contractual
relationship. Follows up with and trains prospective dealers in
his or her territory on the advantages of our programs in an
effort to drive quality applications into our Buying Centers and
Branches that convert to funded contracts. Handles all aspects of
the dealer relationship including the collection of dealer
reserves and repurchase issues. Regularly updates Buying Center
and TranSouth management on relationship status.. Continually
educates new dealer personnel on both programs and products. Must
be a comfortable public speaker or oral communicator able to
present programs using proven techniques to levels of dealer
personnel. Strives to develop a good line of communication with
the staff of Buying Centers and TranSouth Branches in his or her
territory. Works to make a dealer relationship a partnership in
the eyes of both companies focusing on targeting a 15% efficiency
goal. Build loyalty by providing the best service in the
industry. Maintains supply levels of funding contracts and other
necessary do***ents. Performs functions outlined in desktop
procedures and additional duties that may be from time to time
assigned by his or her supervisor. Establishes and maintains
dealer files, ensures each has appropriate do***entation.
Complies with required activity of the ASM including planning,
tracking and reporting on a timely basis. [Requirements] High
School diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
Working knowledge of the credit and finance industry is required
as well as general business and sales knowledge. Two years of
successful sales experience including cold calling and


player. Effective time management skills. Majority of time spent
in dealerships, making dealer sale presentations and in transit
by car or plane.
