Description: General analysis to support applications to prepare for necessary changes due to new development and conversion projects.

Required Skills: 4+ years of expereince with Windows NT client/server development expereince using C++/MFC and Win32 SDK, including system level interaction. Knowledge of and experience with Oracle relational databases, Middleware, and configuration management. The consultant needs to be able to document the data the backend uses including all data used for transmissions. Consultant should have good analytical and documentation skills and will need to be able to read SQL and Perl.
