Description: REQUIRED SKILLS: Need SAP experience in PP/PI, with pharmaceutical experience preferred
 Bachelor’s degree required
 SAP R/3 experience in PP/PI
 5 + years of experience in IS working closely with customers
 Understanding of GMP and system life cycle
 Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
 Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities
Preferred Background
 Proven releases/projects delivered on target (budget, time, quality).
 Demonstrates a high confidence/satisfaction in requirements definition resulting in a reduction in amount of rework and development time/iteration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Analyst in Operations & Finance Solutions in support of SAP for Manufacturing and Packaging execution and Production Planning across three sites (Corp., Newark, DE and Westborough, MA).
Limited travel to Westborough required (once time/month max.)
 Ensuring compliance with BIS roadmap, policies and standards
 Understand business direction, key changes and needs
 Support identification of business requirements and work requests
 Determine the actual business need and corresponding specification of requirements for projects and release components
 Development and verification of functional requirements and translation into technical work activities
 Lead the development of business cases and business design
 Assist project leaders in delivery of process area projects and releases including project management if needed
 Identifies scope and resource estimations for work assignments in support of project leader
 Assists in the design and implementation of a detailed system test plan to ensure an accurate and effective product
 Works closely with the business to ensure business needs are being met
 Responsible for configuration of supported systems
 Provides Level II applications call support and troubleshooting
 Responds to emergency requests as needed
