The technical writer will be responsible for the design and construction of some user documentation for the NetBoss business unit software applications. Some course development would be a plus. Strong writing and grammar skills are required. The driving criteria for this position is the demonstrated ability to develop high quality user documentation for s/w applications. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Security Level: None Citizenship Required: Yes Education Requirement : BS/BA Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Engineering skills (hardware, software, scripting, UNIX) are a plus. Telecommunications experience RECOMMENDED.
