Position Summary <BR><br>The Atlanta office of PBS&J is
currently seeking a Senior Designer for its Transportation
Division. <BR><br> <BR><br>Qualified candidates should be able
to read and interpret data for design, develop conceptual designs
for review by senior professional. Prepare and develop final plan
of design, develop/draft sections of construction projects and
supply technical data for specifications. Able to provide
quantities and cost estimates and apply a working knowledge of
governmental regulations, codes, and ordinances.
<BR><br>Occasional travel required. <BR><br> <BR><br> &nbsp;
<BR><br>Requirements <BR><br>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering with transportation design courses preferred.
<BR><br>Minimum eight years experience with at least 5 years as a
Designer required with a degree. A working knowledge of CADD
strongly desired. <BR><br>Good technical writing and
communication skills required. <BR><br> <BR><br> &nbsp; &nbsp;
<BR><br> &nbsp; <BR><br>EOE - Smoke Free Workplace <BR><br>
