[Description] As a member of the branch team committed to sales
and service, the Customer Service Representative has the initial
and most frequent contact with customers. In maintaining good
customer relations and treating each customer contact as a sales
opportunity, this position is responsible for selling loans and
may sell insurance products; making recommendations of credit
worthiness; recommending solutions to moderately difficult
delinquent accounts; performing administrative tasks; servicing
accounts; and working with customers to help solve account
problems. [Requirements] This position requires a High School
Diploma. Requires one to two years of directly related work
experience in cash handling, customer service, and dealing with
internal and external customers in both positive and difficult
situations preferred. Must have valid
driver's license. Must be able to work flexible hours. Basic
knowledge of accounting is helpful. Ability to function in a
