Description: - Successfully manage consulting operations success based upon budgetary impact, successful deadline achievement, successful achievement of customer satisfaction and ability to accurately report the current status of all engagements

- Ability to support professional services organization by providing process improvement, understanding and articulation of all types of consulting services (planning, testing and availability engineering)

- Ensure high client satisfaction levels, building a strong base of referenceable accounts

- Min of 2 years Supervisory or Management experience

- Strong knowledge of business continuity and availability services desired

- Must be knowledgeable in business, communications and information technology

- Must have strong sales support skills, including presentations and public speaking

- Proficiency in Windows based applications, WORD, EXCEL and database experience.
