Dimensional Management ****yst - Build variation simulations and
perform variation ****yses; assist with ****yses of complex
airplane structures, systems, and payloads components for the
effect of geometric variation on form, fit and function; process
manufacturing fabrication and assembly data; interface with
Dimensional Management group to ensure that product definitions
and associated build plans result in products that meet or exceed
end item dimensional and geometric requirements.

Should have the following skills and abilities: Perform
statistically-based tolerance ****ysis using either manual or
computer-based methods; use CATIA V5 product definitions as the
basis for simulation modeling. Assist with development of detail
and assembly tolerances for product definitions utilizing
geometric dimensioning and tolerancing methods. Assist with
development of functional, useable, stable, coordinated datum
reference schemes. Assist in the development of design concepts
to limit/control variation. Assist in the development of
manufacturing sequencing and indexing plans. Assist in the
producibility assessment of detail parts and assemblies. Assist
in the development of product validation methods, plans, and
processes. Assist with development of dimensional ****ysis
methods and software tools using C++ and other programing
languages. Manage and control engineering, tooling,
