Duties and Qualifications: <br> PART-TIME <br><br>Duties:
<br><br>In this role, you will focus on all customer
service-related functions in your store. This includes overseeing
customer bill inquiries, payment issues, bill re-rating and rate
plan changes; exhibiting quality customer service from greeting
point through departure; ensuring that all aspects of a customers
needs are met and that every customer has a positive experience;
and answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a
timely manner. You will also assist in closing store sales when
needed; serve as back-up to handling customer sales transactions;
oversee bill payment processing and new account activations; and
assist with invoicing, cash handling and purchase requisitions.
<br><br>Qualifications: <br><br>Preferred candidates will have an
associate's degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 1
year of related customer service experience. Computer
proficiency is essential, as are strong communication,
interpersonal and customer service skills. <br> Please apply
