Red-D-Arc Inc.Rental Coordinator: Scope of position: To take
rental orders and assist customers in a prompt and professional
manner. To assist Operations Manager with the daily operations of
the branch and ensure that rental equipment is available for
orders. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate handling of incoming
sales calls. Determine customer´s needs. Know what applications
require what equipment. Secure the rental agreement and follow
order through internal process to ensure equipment is in working
condition and delivered to customer on time. Work with Atlanta
accounts receivable department to establish new accounts.Ensure
proper generation of rental agreements and associated do***ents.
Input rental contracts in computer. Process credit invoices if
necessary. Process credit card charges and send checks to Atlanta
branch.Ensure on-going support of outside sales force. Prepare
quotes for outside sales and fax to clients. Assist in making
sure equipment is available and in working condition for orders
generated by outside sales.Ensure walk in customers are attended
to promptly. Take orders from walk in customers and ensure
equipment is available and ready for customer to take.
Co-ordinate the return of equipment from walk-in customers.Ensure
co-ordination of equipment orders for shipment with shop
personnel. Set schedules for shop personnel to know when
equipment is to be shipped and to whom. Arrange for shipment
either by our driver or arrange for carrier to pick up.Ensure
movement of used equipment by working with outside sales to
ensure used equipment sells. Maintain accurate list of all used
equipment in branch.Ensure misc. office duties by filing of
invoices and getting approval of Accounts Payable invoices for
shipment to Head Office. Please include your source 'LatPro.com'
