JOB TITLE: SUN UNIX Administrators
LOCATION: New Orleans, US-LA
JOB TYPE: Contract

HOURLY RATE: $40 - $55

DESCRIPTION:
We are currently searching for SUN UNIX Administrators for a client in NEW
ORLEANS, LA

Contract could last up to one year

Selected candidates will:
Analyze and tune system performance to support large database applications,
including file system, memory, and kernel parameters.
Maintain (HA) High Availability production Solaris environment, including Sun
E20000/E25000 hardware, Dynamic Reconfiguration, and Veritas Cluster Server
Interface with peer support groups and end users to troubleshoot complex
problems and maintain end-to-end availability requirements

SKILLS
4 plus years experience Unix Administration supporting / maintaining a (HA)
High Availability production Solaris environment, including Sun E20000/E25000
hardware, Dynamic Reconfiguration, and Veritas Cluster Server. Candidates have
to have experience with E10,000 and E15,000 systems Sun E20000/E25000 would be
a plus.
