? Perform requirements analysis to understand user needs for US
Census data
? Facilitate discussion sessions with users


? Develop system requirements based on user needs
? Support the design of user interface for web-based applications

? Validate satisfaction of requirements in system design
? Should be able to follow the defined requirements gathering and
requirements management process

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
? Excellent client interface skills, including positive attitude

? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Excellent analysis skills
? Knowledge of software development life cycle
? Knowledge of the usage of computer systems, the Internet, the
World Wide Web - Ability to learn client business quickly
? Experience in understanding and defining relationships between
data entities and elements
? Experience designing user applications
? Experience designing the functions to support the business
rules, user interface, and requirements
? Must be highly motivated, self-starter, results-oriented, able
to work independently or as part of a team
? Experience with structured requirements management tools
helpful, especially Rational ClearQuest
