Position Summary: As an ****og/Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer, you will be involved in the design specification of ****og and mixed-signal integrated circuits. Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for: ? Full custom and semi-custom ****og and mixed-signal IP blocks for high speed chip interfaces. ? Transistor level design, simulation and layout of ****og sub blocks as part of PLL's, DLL's, bandgaps and high speed I/O's. ? Provide digital design support for some of the ****og functions. ? Writing RTL, running logic simulations and timing ****ysis. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years experience or a Master's degree with 3 years experience. ? A minimum of 5 years ****og/mixed signal circuit development. ? Experience with Cadence IC design tools such as Composer, Virtuoso, Spectre, and/or Hspice. ? Knowledge of Verilog or VHDL, Primetime, Synopsys, Simplex or similar tools. ? Experience with DRC/LVS tools such as Dracula and/or Calibre. ? Good do***entation and presentation skills. ? Experience with SOC and COT design flow. ? The ability to work with software, hardware and verification engineers. ? Possess the ability to collaborate with technical peers, with an interest in playing a variety of roles on a team. Our ideal candidate has strong ****og/mixed-signal experience and can demonstrate an interest in ASIC development. We are interested in knowing about your track record of involvement through the design cycle of ASIC products, and how much experience you have in applying design methodologies.
