Job Functions: Computers - IT Management - Cargill is an

collaborate with customers to help them succeed. We are looking
for someone to join our Human Resources Technology Effectiveness
team. The qualified candidate will serve as the HR I/T Peoplesoft
Security Administrator and as a member of the report writing
team. Responsibilities include: 40% Work with internal
customers to understand their reporting needs. Write Peoplesoft
HR, Payroll and benefits reports using PS Query. 35% Maintain
and update Peoplesoft end user security by assigning the
appropriate roles and department security. Create new roles and
permission lists for Peoplesoft security. Update end user
security for Report-to-web and other HR applications. 15%
Troubleshoot user access and query access problems. 10% Set up
new departments on the Peoplesoft security tree and create new
department trees as acquisitions and reorganizations occur.
Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or
equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to use SQL and at
least one object oriented programming language. Excellent
customer service, problem resolution, and ****ysis skills.
Experience administering Peoplesoft security, including creation
of roles and permission lists. Desired Skills: Experience
writing reports against the Peoplesoft HRM module. Familiarity
with HR, payroll and benefits data. Experience writing reports
