PDS TECHNICAL SERVICES IS A NATIONAL LEADER IN THE TECHNICAL

PDS Technical Services is looking for an Account Executive to
join our St. Louis Branch!! PDS is in the people business - a

This position will report to the Branch manager.
RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
1. Responsible for generating new business through outside
activities.
2. Networking, cold calling, prospecting and building
relationships.
3. Develop relationships with the hiring staff at existing and
potential clients to develop potential business and/or contract
extensions.
4. Sales and service to new and existing clients as assigned by
the Branch Manager.
5. Screening, recruiting and hiring contract personnel as
needed.
6. Works closely with the Branch Manager and recruiting staff.

The candidate selected for this position must have experience
working in a close team environment. Commitment to working as a
team to reach sales and financial goals is critical to the
success of our business.

We offer a strong an aggressive performance based commission plan
plus base salary. Company benefits include: Immediate
eligibility in 401K, profit sharing, full health and dental
insurance, vacation days, sick days, holidays and direct
deposit.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years IT staffing industry sales experience.
Staffing industry experience within the most recent 12-month
period.
Ability to close accounts within a 6-9 month period.
Proven success in gaining new business through consistent
prospecting.
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external
contacts at all levels.
Selling to mid to top level management.
Experience in pricing business for maximum profit.
Ability to work flexible hours on short notice as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree
