projects to define business systems requirements and recommend
appropriate solutions. May conduct training sessions on systems
solutions to business users. Participate in the evaluation of new
applications and the identification of systems requirements for
planning purposes. Complete system configuration changes for
current business applications. Business Requirement Gathering:
* Establishment of credibility with business partners, while
managing expectations. * ****yzes business and user functional
requirements against application capabilities and design. *
Evaluates business implications from applying systematic
solutions to a changing business/technology environment.
Functional Specifications: * Creation and/or updating of
do***entation including related application or business
processes. * Adherence to appropriate system development
standards and process methodology. * Evaluate and address
opportunities to improve end user's application/system knowledge
and experience. * Develop moderate to complex functional design
specifications that are effective and efficient, while
considering maintainability, performance, portability,
reliability, scalability, and security. Problem Solving: *
Performance of all assigned Production Support duties, to include
on-call rotation. * Isolation and diagnosis of transaction
problems, including root cause ****ysis. * Proactive monitoring
of business usage of the application and development of
associated metrics for trend ****ysis. * Participate in
functional design reviews to ensure that designs fully do***ent
business and technical requirements. Other Duties: * Delivery
of assigned Project/Product/Service components on time, within
budget and in accordance with specified levels of quality. *
Effective measurement and reporting of results. * Active
leveraging of supplier and other business relationships to
positively impact business results. * Provide direction and
guidance to less experienced staff. * Contribution to and
support to initiatives by providing accurate sub-unit work
estimates and by assisting in work plan development. Position
Qualifications * Four-year college degree in computer science,
information systems or a related field, or equivalent work
experience. * Minimum of 2 years SAP R/3 experience, version
4.6c or higher. * Must have completed at least two full
lifecycle SAP implementation projects. * Exceptional
