~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Develops, evaluates, compiles and presents scope and cost data
for construction and project estimates. Such estimates may be
order of magnitude for planning purposes, preliminary for
evaluation / study purposes, or definitive for proposal or
proposal comparison purposes. Capable of understanding and
interrupting construction plans and specifications with respect
to preparing cost estimates. Responsible for completeness and
accuracy of estimates within defined parameters. Estimates may
reflect any part or total project, or changes to the project.
Coordinates with design and construction staff to obtain estimate
scope and schedule data upon which to base estimates. This is
entry-level position for this activity.

BS in Construction Management , Construction Science or
Engineering<br><br>A minimum one years construction experience
including Estimates, Quamtity Take Offs and project
Scheduling<br><br>Knowledge of Timberline and P3
