Genesis10 has an exciting opportunity available. Our client is
seeking a Senior BPCS Programmer ****yst. Primary responsibility
is to provide leadership and authority in performing the
necessary programming, ****ysis, and design tasks associated with
developing, upgrading, supporting and/or maintaining BPCS ERP
solution, and deploying/maintaining associated packaged solutions
that work closely with BPCS. . Six or more years of related work
experience in BPCS application development and support .
Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, case tools and
operational platforms, complex functional and technical
specification development, program design, program logic,
flowcharting, testing, debugging, do***entation standards, file
design, comprehensive systems ****ysis and design techniques,
fundamental Quality Assurance standards, and IT infrastructure
considerations to configure and support BPCS application modules
and associated systems . Demonstrated proficiency in systems
development life cycle (SDLC) and formal Project Management
principles and effectively apply them. . Extensive experience
and expertise utilizing the BPCS application to support planning
and manufacturing execution, supply chain, and financial business
processes. . Strong process control orientation. . Demonstrated
initiative to keep apprised of products, tools and services
available in the IT marketplace that will help ensure the IT
organization is poised to deliver the most effective and
efficient system solutions possible to meet business needs. .
Demonstrated ability to anticipate customer needs, deal with
ambiguity, and take action to avoid problems. . Demonstrated
ability to resolve conflict ad to provide decisive, respected
leadership. . Strong communication skills with both functional


College Degree in MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
. Provide both technical and business systems operational
direction to less experienced staff . Provide direction in
accordance with the work/project management process. . Serve as a
role model for professionalism to others. . Demonstrate in-depth
problem solving, business process ****ysis, and client consulting
skills in working with functional areas. . Support assigned
portions of projects and/or systems through direct contact with
business functional users, demonstrating full understanding of
the relationships of systems and the business processes supported
as well as the integration with other application and
infrastructure support components. . Demonstrate a thorough
understanding of multiple operating platforms when developing
technical solution alternatives. . Relate IT services to the
accomplishment of overall business objectives. . Must be
