Provides first line support to PC end users.Â* On a daily basis,
responds to a variety of trouble calls related to computer and
software questions and problems. <br><br>Promptly resolves or
expedites solution of more complex problems to other technical
personnel.Â* <br><br>Coordinates with outside vendors to resolve
hardware and software problems.Â* Responsible for internal
communication of any IT maintenance notices or other IT events.

Networking, Data Center, and Infrastructure technology support.
Provide operational best practices and standards, with the
ability to define and incorporate efficiencies into routine
