Description: Middleware Specialist to implement a new technology initiative. Provide primary desing, development and ongoing support for all aspects of Middleware, specifically IBM's WebSphere platform and tools including Crossworlds, WebSphere Application Server and J2EE environment. As a Subject Matter Expert, design and develop application components for overall application including database interfaces, appropriate error handlers, abnormal exits, and other features required from technical designs. Be part Information Services Architecture Planning and Strategy group with responsibility to pilot, and develop a high profile e-business project linking WCH to UCCNet and WWRE. You will enjoy working with a team of highly skilled senior technical experts leading the division's technology future.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with minimum of 5-7 years of IT experience; 3-4 years experience in Middleware development.

Experience with following technologies -
Crossworlds EAI tool or IBM's WBI bundle
IBM Webshpere application Server
IBM's MQ series environment.
Java 1.2/J2EE Design/Development
EJB and Servlet development for IBM Websphere Application Server
Familiarity with SUN Solaris UNIX and Windows NT/2000
Object Models and Class Diagrams within JAVA component development

Create technical design specifications to generate required code.
Resolve application and programming errors (debugging & research).
Resolve design and interface problems.
Support system during the initial production phases.
Development of web based ebusiness solutions.

Solid business knowledge; Knowledge of Consumer Products industry a plus.
Excellent communication & prioritization skills.
Demonstrated ****ytical, collaborative and consultative abilities.
