Major skills required:
· Experience with SAP R/3 PP-PI business process and functional expertise (preferably 4.6c).
· Experience with SAP Engineering Change Management (ECM).
· Experience with these SAP modules preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Ability to quickly grasp business processes and the configuration design in SAP.
· Training content development or technical writing experience.
· Knowledge and experience with curriculum design and development of instructor led and web-based training.
· Knowledge and experience with Dreamweaver and graphic programs helpful.
· Ability to develop within an aggressive time schedule.
· Knowledge of adult learning theory and ability to apply concepts to training programs.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


· Able to work both independently and in team settings.
· Ability to interact with both technical and business Subject Matter Experts.

Responsibilities include:

· Using SAP skills to design and develop End user Training content for instructor-led classroom training and web-based training modules for SAP PP-PI implementation.
· Courseware development consisting of process flows, concepts, exercises, work steps, assessments, quick reference guides, etc.

Tools Recommended:

· Dreamweaver
· Microsoft Office
· Graphic tools (e.g., Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Snagit)
