retailers. The Web Marketing Manager will report to the
Marketing Services Manager and will play a key role in delivering
and managing the Castrolusa.com website which includes the
Consumer and Commercial part of the Castrol business.
Accountabilities Include: Responsible for all aspects of managing
the site, both strategic and tactical including development of
web marketing programs, web maintenance, web updates, web design
and website measurement. Work closely with internal brand
managers, sales and Market Space Managers to develop and execute
internet specific marketing programs that align with brand
strategies. Work with 3rd party vendors to assist in the
development and management of consumer Internet programs as well
as ensure site maintenance is up-to-date, accurate and within
cost parameters. Responsible for interacting with Latin America
marketing team to ensure best practices and deliver cost savings
for services. Work closely with internal brand equity team and
global internet team to ensure all global creative guidelines and
processes are adhered to on the website. Required Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Web Marketing Manager applicants
must have: 5-7 years experience in consumer packaged goods
marketing environment. Ability to prioritize. Experience with
vendor negotiations and project management. Strong communication


unit. Strategic thinker, self-starter and team player.
Bachelor's Degree. Legally authorized to work in the US on a
fulltime bases for someone other than your current employer.
Willing and able to commute to Wayne, New Jersey. Willing to
travel up to 15% of the time. Minimum 3 years project management
experience. Preferred Qualificatio
