~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
To perform a wide variety of general assigned duties including
environmental education, habitat restoration, trail maintenance,
mapping, word processing, graphics design, spreadsheet knowledge
and other duties as assigned.MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS:Must be enrolled in an accredited college or
university. Undergraduate students must be enrolled for at least
12 credit hours and graduate students must be enrolled for at
least 6 credit hours. Certain areas of study are preferred,
including: natural and physical sciences, education, architecture
and landscape architecture and planning. ADDITIONAL
REQUIREMENTS:Position requires: Shift work, Odd days off.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES IN THE FOLLOWING
AREAS:A general knowledge of the Albuquerque area and its natural
environmentA willingness to work with, and educate the public, in
schools or other venuesA good working knowledge of word
processing and spreadsheets as well as some GIS and/or GPS
experienceSelf-starter that is able to initiate projectsPerform
