2) Country Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Represent Client PGI products and solutions built around in-house
technology i.e. gas turbines steam turbines end compressors for:

- the power generation, market - components and / or turnkey EPC

* Oil & gas market - various onshore or offshore applications
Downstream market -various petrochemical / refinery applications

* Industry -various applications for general chemical and air
separation
Responsible for developing the overall market plan for Malaysia
and its subsequent implementation
Provide accurate information on sales opportunities, market and
competitors
Ensure early identification of a sales opportunity
Contribute to defining and implementing sales strategies based on
unique value propositions
Lead the Marketing & Sales organization during the tendering and
negotiation phase up to closing the contract
Attributes / Skills


o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a
cross-cultural & international working environment
o Self-motivated with good strategic / conceptual and ****ytical
understanding and the ability to handle multiple tasks

o Computer literacy and fluency in

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering. Related postgraduate tertiary
qualifications i.e. MBA and project management & practical
experience with rotating equipment in a maintenance or
commissioning role will be highly regarded
Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing & sales role with a
proven track record of winning contracts with a value of 3
million EURO and above
Good knowledge of the local power generation / industry market as
well as the oil & gas market
Good understanding of selling on values
