~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Lead project activities in Urban Planning and Urban Design in
major metropolitan markets, preferably with respect to both the
public and private sectors. Understand Planning and Urban Design
processes and profession within the NY Metro region. Lead
projects and pursuits of complex mixed-use urban redevelopment
projects, preferably within the NY Metro region. Prepares, plans,
and ****yzes compliance do***ents. Direct the work of others in
the completion of required studies, do***ents, and reports.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in urban planning, urban
design, landscape architecture or architecture, AICP
certification desired. 20+ years of related experience is
necessary. Requires extensive experience in urban planning and
development projects in New York City Metro area. Previous
experience with Empire State Development Corporation in addition
to transit and transportation agencies is necessary.
