Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating
system.
Good working knowledge of Word Perfect v. 10 or Microsoft
Word v. XP Professional.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel v. XP or
equivalent spreadsheet package.


Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to ****yze problems and develop solutions.
Graduation from an accredited four year college or
university with a degree in a related field, such as
computer science, information systems, public administration
or human services or equivalent experience.
2yrs exp as a Business ****yst.
Exp using structured system ****ysis methodologies.
Recent experience with data flow diagramming, flow-charting, word
processing, and spreadsheet software.
Ability to ****yze processes and recommend improvements.
Demonstrated ability to write business requirements,
specifications, and test plans.
Knowledge of federal Child Support Enforcement regulation
and policy; (Prefer minimum two years.)
Knowledge of the Texas Child Support Program.
General knowledge of legislative processes and the current
requirements for the IV-D program.
Knowledge of and experience with conflict resolution and problem
solving.
Knowledge of and experience with change management techniques.
Training in the design of presentations and the visual display of
quantitative information.


Scope: Facilitate Business Requirements Definition, communicate with
external customers and internal customers at all levels of the
organization. Develop Process Models. Work with business and
technical staff in the development of business and systems
requirements. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal
and/or external customers. Facilitate a team environment.
Actively perform knowledge transfer to employees. Mentor team
members. Plan and conduct user acceptance testing. Other
reasonable Business ****yst services as necessary for the
completion of the implementation and deployment of selected projects.
