Skills: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
Engineering, or related field.
Exp in managing and delivering SAP or Oracle Apps.
Implementation in high growth fabless semiconductor company.
ERP administration experience in fabless semiconductor
industry is a must.
Good functional and technical knowledge of all the ERP
modules of SAP or Oracle Applications.
Proven program management, leadership and mentoring skills.


Experience in managing global teams and offshore partners.


Scope: Looking for a high caliber individual with a proven track
record in implementation and sustained administration of SAP
or Oracle Applications suite, for a high growth fabless
semiconductor company.

Responsibilities
Lead the core team and the extended user team for the
successful ERP implementation from solution design to the
deployment and change management stages. Develop
communication plans for interacting with business owners and
executive management teams throughout the life of this
project. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
managing various teams from the business units, IT, and the
implementation partner. Influence systems architecture and
design for scalability. Facilitate exchange of ideas and
application of best practices to minimize system
customization. Manage global teams and offshore partners
during and after the systems implementation. Manage the
suite of ERP applications in the post-implementation phase
for sustained administration as well as continuous enhancements.
