Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills in a
growing organization.
8+ years in Quality Assurance roles in complex software
development and release environments with a minimum of 4
years in leadership roles.
In depth knowledge of telecommunications hardware and
software (circuit-switched and IP) and Web development
environments.
Experience in the design and implementation of a telecom
test facility including load generators, protocol ****yzers
and related lab infrastructure.
BSCS or BSIS or related field. Master's Degree preferred


Scope: The QA Manager will provide leadership, direction, and
expertise to the QA Team/Test Team responsible for
certifying the level of quality of each product release.
He/She will work with a variety of groups across multiple
disciplines to improve, streamline, integrate, and
communicate the build, test, deployment/release cycles for
our integrated hardware/software solution. Manage the process for
delivering and maintaining hardware/software systems by
identifying, reporting and tracking all problems in the software
produced by development teams. Encourage continuous improvements
in proficiency and efficiency of the QA engineers by setting the
overall vision and specific objectives and hands-on mentoring,
including in technical areas. Ensure successful testing of
various systems to ensure that the product is delivered on time
and with as few defects as possible. Establish and improve best
practices in quality assurance, working with project, development
and product managers. Advocate and effect change throughout the
organization to pursue quality improvements in all systems and
processes. Supervise test engineers in the development of test
plans derived from product requirements. Provide leadership to
test engineers in the development of all testing-related
do***entation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and
defect reports ensuring that do***entation is accurate,
consistent and complete.
