Looking for a highly energetic professional to lead
engineering and maintenance team. Ideal candidate must have
a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience with a 15+
employee base department, a B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering and experience in managing and preparing a
departmenal budget of $1M+.

Additional requirements include: Certification in
refrigeration, experience with environmental processes,
electrical & mechanical troubleshooting, strong working
knowledge of PLC, amonia refrigeration expereience with
strong knowledge of NH3, excellent PC and communication
skills.

Scope: The manager will have prime responsibility for the
management of all plant maintenance programs which includes
preventative maintenance process and programs. Will also be
responsible for coordinating, scheduling and verification of
completion of bakery equipment and plant support
equipment and the management of small parts inventory. A key
management skill will be the ability to lead, motivate,
develop and manage a diverse work
group.
