[DESCRIPTION] Manager of CEF Eastern Regional Credit Managers and
home office retail Credit Officers. Insure adherence to CEF and
CitiCapital Credit Policies and Procedures. Excercise credit
authorities within delegated limits. Accountable for quality of
IA classified reporting and procedures. Ability to guide
Marketing, Strategic Portfolio Management, Compliance and other
departments on matters effecting CEF Retail Credit. Travel
required to evaluate, train, lead and motivate regional credit
staffs. Travel required to meet and evaluate existing and
potential large customers. Travel = 10% - 20%. [REQUIREMENTS]
Selected candidate will have 10+ years experience in the
commercial credit industry including middle market credits.
Construction Equipment experience is helpful. A Bachelor's
degree, preferred in Accounting or Finance. An ideal applicant
will have demonstrated leadership ability, successful management
experience, ability to guide and motivate high level officers to
achieve high standards and adapt in a rapidly changing
environment. Ability to meet or exceed the expectations of the
business while enforcing and raising the level of robust credit
****ysis.
