Manages and executes the administration of Kohl's Executive
Compensation programs with specific emphasis on job
****ysis/evaluation, development and administration of salary
structures, external and internal equity ****ysis, performance
appraisal processes and legal compliance. Responsible for
automation of all processes and assists in the design of these
compensation programs.Responsibilities: Partners with Recruiting
team and department heads to ensure consistent and effective
administration of Kohls compensation programs including job
descriptions, job evaluations and salary exception approvals for
all Corporate Executives. Provides expert-level consultation on
interpretation of compensation program guidelines to these
customers. Manages the Executive mid-year performance appraisal
process. Assists Manager with project management of Executive
Annual performance appraisal process. Assumes responsibility for
participating in salary surveys. Develops systems, tools and
methods to assimilate information used in salary survey
participation and reporting process into database for
benchmarking ****ysis. Identifies market trends, monitors
competitiveness of compensation programs, models compensation
cost implications and makes recommendations working with the HR
team and department heads to implement program changes. Ensures
compensation pay plans are in compliance with all federal and
state wage, hour and employment regulations/laws. Works with
department heads on projects relating to legal compliance.
Manages the systems administration, tracking and reporting of job
and position-related information in PeopleSoft. Assists with
development and project management of formal communications for
all compensation programs.

Multiple years of experience administering compensation programs.
Knowledge of base compensation programs, compensation legal
compliance, formal job evaluation systems and salary benchmarking
methodologies. Strong ****ytical, statistical, financial and
communication skills to evaluate data, provide recommendations
and develop plans. Ability to execute all details within the
area of responsibility, and a high attention to detail and
accuracy. Excellent communication skills and confidence working
with all levels of management. Strong project management skills
working with multiple priorities and the ability to manage large
quantities of data. Strong knowledge and comfort level using and
managing functional aspects of PeopleSoft HRMS, Management Self
Service systems and Crystal Reporting. Will have strong
experience-level with Excel, Access and related systems. Regular
