Description: Geographic Information System development and implementation for USCG on site at customer location in Kearneysville, WV. Working closely with the customer, identify detailed specifications, resolve client issues, ****yze, interpret and display geographic data, and provide improvements. Development ****yst to work closely with members of project team and external customer, creating and executing ESRI tools in a VB/SQL environment for a web-based application.

Secret clearance required. 10 years experience and Bachelors degree or equivalent experience necessary. Demonstrated experience in Appropriate knowledge of GIS/DB technical requirements, USCG military protocol, and government contracting necessary.
