Description:
     - Will ****yze requirements, which are stored in RequisitePRO, for validity.
     - Write automated scripts, using Rational Robot (when possible), or manual testing processes, using TestManager to assure ALL do***ented requirements are tested successfully.
     - All scripts, automated or manual, will be attached to each requirement when verified.
     - May attend RAD/JAD sessions as required, to gather information on any new or changed functionality, and upon completion of the RAD/JAD session, report to the team the findings verbally and in writing.
     - Will perform Regression Testing using existing scripts (manual and automated) every three weeks.
     - Testing error results and corrections will be do***ented using Rational ClearQuest.
     - Communication with developers, teams and various management personnel is required on an as needed basis.

Requirements:


     - 3 years of Software Testing experience in the development of medium to large-scale information systems.
     - 7 years software development, maintenance, or testing experience
     - 4-year Bachelors degree or equivalent
     - Knowledge of Rational Products, (Robot, ClearQuest, Requisite Pro)
     - US Citizen, must be clearable to SECRET (good credit rating, job history, etc)
