Description of Services:
Functional Duties: 1) Customer Liaison AMs perform complete account and relationship management services. They maintain the lines of communication between customer base and other related internal and external customers. 2) Customer Care AMs closely monitor customer e-business activities. This allows them to troubleshoot actual and potential issues for timely and relevant solutions to their customers e-business problems. 3) Financial Activities AMs review their customers invoices and payment history to ensure accurate billing and timely payment. Skills/Experience: Education: A four-year college degree. Higher education is preferred. ability to learn quickly and react promptly. The ability to travel. Solid organizational and time management skills. This person will need to manage the workload according to varying priorities based upon system needs. To work successfully in this multitasking environment requires effective organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. Ability to define problems, collection of data, establishment of facts, and draw valid conclusions. Customer oriented, resourceful and motivated personality. Knowledge of general office functions and equipment. Good understanding of the Internet and Web technologies. Ability to work congenially with a cross-functional team.
