Description

5+ years of professional programming experience
required.
3+ years professional programming experience with C++
or Visual Basic (v6.0 or later).
1+ years experience with multi-vendor system
integration, analysis, design, and implementation
between legacy systems and COTS products such as
Siebel, ServiceWare, Genesys and Blue Pumpkin
Experience with NT, SQL, MS SQL Server 7 required.
Experience with Windows 2000 and SQL Server 2000
preferred.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or
equivalent.
Siebel Certified Consultant required. 3+ significant
Siebel deployments preferred.
Siebel 7 experience or certification preferred.
Experience with computer telephony integration (CTI),
interactive voice response (IVR), network/premise call
routing, outbound dialers and faxing systems highly
desired.
Experience with Genesys & Siebel call-center
integrations highly valued.
Ability to support rollout of CRM in a call center
environment, work with customers to define
requirements, develop specifications and assume a
technical lead role on future implementations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving and
communication skills required.
Experience with formal software/project management
methodologies like CMM are highly desirable.
**Candidates selected for this position will be

must meet eligibility requirements for access to
