James Hardie has a Primary Demand Outside Sales Representative
position that pays a competitive salary, along with bonus
opportunities, company vehicle, and an exceptional benefits
package, all while providing invaluable professional and personal
growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing/Implementing strategic business plans to capture
businesses within your territory.
• Drive the revenue growth and profitability
• Working with new business partners to drive the growth of your
territory.
• Developing new business opportunities for value-added products
and services.
• Promoting James Hardie’s products, solutions, and services to
end-users.
• Conduct market ****ysis and competitive intelligence to keep
abreast of competitions.
• Provide business solutions (consultative sales) to our
clients.
• Sell exterior building products through 1-2 step distribution
and direct to builders (pull through).


REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 5+ yrs Sales Exp
• Building Products, Telecom, Biotech, and Tech exp highly
preferred
• STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE
