Communicates loan decisions to the dealership and negotiates final terms. Re-verifies information provided by dealer, NADA value, addresses, etc. Prospect and market lending programs to perspective dealerships. Detailed knowledge of Auto Division products and policies. Has an established lending authority with accepted Auto Division protocol. Credit training will be conducted in Houston. Office location for this position is Shreveport, LA. Requirements: College degree is preferred but not required with equivalent work experience. 2-3 years underwriting/sales experience in the financial services or automotive industry. Deal with internal and external customers in a positive manner during difficult situations. Good customer service skills. Ability to read and analyze consumer credit bureau reports. Ability to multi-task.
