Oversee institutional mechanical projects throughout the Greater
Baltimore/Washington, DC area for a mid-sized mechanical
contracting firm.  Candidates should have experience in
mechanical estimating including take offs, bid preparation, and
budget preparation through project completion.  Candidates


well organized, a self-starter, and computer literate.
 Proficient at both time and document management.  We
offer an excellent salary and benefits
package.<br><br><B>Requirements: </b><br>- 10 years prior
mechanical project management experience <br>- BS Degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field
<br>- Working knowledge of construction means and methods <br>-
Ability to define or determine scope of work and prepare
comprehensive cost estimates <br>- Computer expertise with
estimating systems and MS Project, MS Excel and MS word <br>-
Good oral and written communication skills <br><br>
