Description: - Process semi-monthly payroll for approx 125 employees using ADP PC Payroll

- Administer health and welfare benefit programs (Health & Life Insurance, 401(k), ESPP, FSAs, FMLA, Short-and Long-Term Disability, etc.)

- Act as trusted advisor and valued resource by managers and employees at all levels on HR issues, ensuring that all policies are applied fairly and consistently

- Manage staffing and recruitment activities: advertise job openings, screen resumes, recruit, interview & evaluate candidates for job opportunities

- Oversee hiring procedures including devising offer letters and processing new hire paperwork

- Deliver new employee orientation sessions - providing an overview of the company, benefits, policy and procedures, and other company-specific topics

- Process workers compensation claims, including follow-up sessions with employees

- Manage self-calculated monthly billing;processing and paying vendors and agencies, charging internal departments for services provided, and coordinating with Accounts Payable

- Reconciling monthly payroll deductions to general ledger

Requirements:

- Three years of relevant human resource generalist experience in a professional environment

- Bachelor’s degree or comparable human resource experience or PHR/SPHR Certification

- Experience processing payroll using ADP PC Payroll for Windows

- Must be very flexible, employee oriented and have proven problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle employee and company information with the utmost confidentiality
