DESCRIPTION:
THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN THE UPPER MID WEST AND OFFERS FULL RELOCATION

Hardware Engineer ing Manager
Manage the daily activities of an engineering group in ****og/digital circuit
design and/or integrated circuit design preferably for the Defense Industry.

Functional manager needed to:
Lead efforts to improve design quality and overall effectiveness.
Provide technical guidance to programs during the design phase.
Provide resources as needed to support programs and proposals.
Provide technical leadership and application knowledge for new product designs.
Work with program management and customers to develop long-term product &
performance requirements.
Initiate departmental efforts to ensure that the Company is able to design and
build products that meet customer requirements.
Lead engineering management efforts including all staffing, performance reviews
and employee motivational and training.
Must be have experience with electronic hardware design processes and tools.
Must have experience with ****og / digital and/or integrated circuit design.
Familiar with ISO 9001 product realization requirements.
Working knowledge of CMMI requirements.
Working knowledge of six sigma tools and measures.
Requires 8-10 years experience with 3-5 years management experience
Requires a BSEE, MSEE or PhD Degree
Must be a US Citizen.
