~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Candidate must be able to start a building from the ground up and
take it through completion on time and under budget. <br>
<br>Candidate must have experience in computer scheduling,
coordinating and scheduling of sub-contractors, and possess a
strong knowledge of concrete work. <br> <br>Conduct daily
“expected production meetings� with their foremen and
craftsmen thereby controlling their budgets and completion dates.
<br> <br>Know the requirements of the project’s specifications
and shop drawings. Review these requirements with each
subcontractor prior to them starting on the project. <br>
<br>Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings on the jobsite. Utilize
an agenda to cover important issues such as schedule, R.F.I.
status, back charges and delays, etc. &nbsp; <br> <br>ZERO punch

General Contractor with commercial and industrial background.
Communicate strategic goals to his foremen and the rest of his
