established construction materials engineering firms. Founded in
1955, Western has been providing geotechnical, construction
materials, and environmental services to the Southwest and Mexico
for almost 50 years. WT provides excellent benefits and

some of the largest and most interesting public and private
sector projects in Nevada. <BR><br> <BR><br>Our Las Vegas office
is continuing to grow and has immediate opportunities for
multiple positions. <BR><br> <BR><br>Project
Engineer/Construction Manager: <BR><br>Responsibilities include:
Supervising technicians and inspectors to determine whether
construction work is completed in compliance with plans,
specifications, and applicable codes. Do***ents the results of
tests and inspections, prepares quality controls plans and
reports providing professional opinions regarding quality of
construction, and completes estimates and proposals for future
work. The position will be responsible for managing quality
control and inspection budgets from $50,000 to $1 million.
Competitive salary based on qualifications and substantial bonus
program available. <BR><br> <BR><br>Minimum qualifications: BS
in construction or civil engineering; Engineering Intern (EIT); 2
years of experience in construction and/or design. &nbsp;
<BR><br> <BR><br>Materials Testing Laboratory Manager
<BR><br>Candidate should have experience with QC/QA of soil
density, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials
testing and mix design. Responsibilities include maintaining
current AMRL Accreditation, directs internal audits for key
projects, preparing daily inspection reports, do***enting test
results and observations, assisting the project manager and
engineer on assignments, and scheduling of laboratory
technicians. <BR><br> <BR><br>Minimum qualifications: NICET
level III and ACI Level II preferred. NAQTC, WAQTC, & ICC
certifications all desirable. <BR><br> <BR><br>Also hiring
