SR. ESTIMATOR – Las Vegas <BR><br> <BR><br>Position: Sr.
Estimator <BR><br>Reports to: Vice President of Estimating
<BR><br>Skills Needed/Desired: Aggressive with Confidence;
Multi-tasking; Detailed; Team-oriented, Excellent communication
skills; Friendly <BR><br>Education Requirements: Bachelor degree
preferred <BR><br>Experience: 6+ years of commercial and
design-build construction estimating experience; Actual field
experience preferred <BR><br>
<BR><br>Responsibilities/Qualifications: <BR><br>1. Proven skills
in Conceptual and Hard Bid estimating <BR><br>2. Experience in
wood framing and concrete estimating, including tilt-up wall
construction <BR><br>3. Complete understanding of the
pre-construction process including estimating, value engineering,
managing/coordination with designers/subs/clients, scheduling,
and field operations <BR><br>4. Computer skills with proficiency
in Timberline or other estimating software and MS Office (Word,
Excel, etc.) <BR><br>5. Experience estimating jobs in the $1.5 to
$80 million range <BR><br>6. Three or more years employment with
current or previous employer <BR><br> <BR><br>Compensation
Package: <BR><br>Base Salary: $80,000-$85,000 commensurate with
experience <BR><br>Excellent benefit package provided <BR><br>
<BR><br>Client Background: Our client has been named in

Contractors" and is listed in Southwest Contractor Magazine's
"Top 10 Nevada General Contractors." Since the company's
